Printing without permission!

hahaha BRIAN!! I certainly have never seen that picture before nor do I remember being asked if I minded for the world to see it!

But I did happily sport the PFF attire for the 2nd leg of that horrendously arduous race last summer in VT!! To give you an idea Brian screamed when I showed him the elevation change of his routes...haha!

Otherwise I am in super cross training mode -- with this remarkable New England weather we have I've taken to skiing, swimming and indoor soccer way more than outdoor runs. Or treadmills. Yuck. But planning to beef up the mileage next month so I can be ready for the Hyannis Relay! Hope you all are enjoying your training as well! Looking forward to meeting most of you down on the Cape!

One of my more recent loops

Here is one of my more recent loops. I've been feeling a bit better, energy levels coming back. In the past month, it's been hard to get through about 3 miles. Hopefully I will be able to tack on more miles before starting my Boston Marathon training at the end of December.

It's a great loop, much better than running on Route 10, which does not have sidewalks. Thanks to Tim for pointing out the nature trail; it's amazing!

PFF Running Team member Spencer debuts with a blazing 3:08:56 at the California International Marathon. That's fast enough to qualify for the Boston Marathon...not bad for a guy more comfortable on the bike! Well done, Spence!
